It is a history that lies in ruined state, here at Guna. Bajranggarh fort is said to be built by Marathas probably in 1775. It contains Moti Mahal, Rangmahal and the Gunnery. Near about these Gannery, there was a big step-well, which has a garden now. It was used for keeping horses to drink water. The old name of this fort was Jharkon and lies on the Guna Aron Road at a distance of about 8 Km. of South-West of Guna.
