Water well at a Binagaon village in Binaganj block of Guna. The well is open, with hardly water in it. Whatever water it has is not fit for drinking ? Well does not have any cover and has taken lives of many animals, and even a women and threat for little kids of the village. But who will cover it ? It is not priority for anyone ?
